How does pricing work?
You set your own price for each product. When someone buys it, we take a 25% commission and you keep 75%. There are no listing fees, monthly charges, or hidden costs.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Funds are transferred to your Stripe account automatically after each sale. Standard Stripe payout schedules apply (usually 2-7 business days).
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The 25% commission is the only fee. Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are included in our commission — you always receive exactly 75% of the sale price.
What payment methods are supported?
We support all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment methods through Stripe.
Can I offer discounts?
Yes! You can create discount codes with percentage or fixed amount reductions, set usage limits, and expiration dates.
What happens if there's a refund or dispute?
If a buyer disputes a charge, we handle the process. The disputed amount is held until resolution. If a refund is issued, it comes from the sale proceeds.
